BCDC Major Permits

“Data depicts the majority of the major permits that BCDC has issued. Data has been created by a team of interns and staff and has been digitized using maps provided by applicants in conjugtion with NAIP aerial imagery at a scale of approx. 1:2000. The data vary in accuracy, scale and completeness. Users should consult associated permit files prior to better understand the nature and extent of permits.”

BCDC Minor Permits

“An administrative permit can be issued for an activity that qualifies as a minor repair or improvement in a relatively short period of time and without a public hearing on the application. Although an administrative permit application can be processed quickly, the proposed project must be reviewed against the same policies that are used to determine whether a major permit can approved.Data depicts the majority of the minor permits that BCDC has issued.”
