ACTION: Consideration and possible authorization to disburse up to $1,621,750 to the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) and to San Jose State University Research Foundation to conduct a second year of baseline monitoring for the Central California Coast marine protected areas designated under the Marine Life Protection Act.
